After Interview
After your interview, your consultant at Davis Green will contact both you and the company to get feedback on your performance. Your consultant will ascertain how the interviewer felt you came across on a personal level and how he/she assessed your ability to do the job. This information, encouraging or otherwise, will be passed on to you.
Your feedback is also passed on to the interviewer to communicate either your enthusiasm and interest in the role and the company, or to decline any further interaction if you have decided the position is not for you.
If you do still want the job and the feedback from the interviewer is positive, your consultant will confirm your salary expectations again and ask the client for a second interview schedule so you can go ahead and reserve a half day's holiday if necessary.
You may want to consider writing a thank you letter to the company, for taking the time to see you. This can act as a timely reminder and reinforce a positive image.
