To others, recruitment consultancy is all about sales, with the aim of exceeding personal revenue targets, developing new business and delivering consistently against an established process. A lot like managing your own business, but with a lot more support.To us, recruitment consultancy is about all of these things, and more.

Davis Green, an independent recruitment consultancy operating throughout the West country, exists to help candidates make the right career move and help clients find the best match for their vacancies. We do this by investing time in our clients to understand them commercially and culturally, so that we can tailor our activity to their unique recruitment needs, and investing time in our candidates to understand their career aspirations so that we only introduce them to the organisations that they'll have the greatest harmony with.

We're currently expanding the teams in both our Swindon and Bristol offices and are looking for our perfect partners. We've learned that there are no hard and fast rules to being a successful recruitment consultant, but our consultants do share certain qualities which we're sure have contributed to making Davis Green a £multi-million turnover business in just eight years of operation: 

• A passion for delivering results, oodles of enthusiasm, real commitment and a determination to succeed, whatever the barriers.

• Strong commercial acumen, whether that's from previous commercial experience or demonstrating a good head for business.

• A natural ability to build relationships and sell themselves to clients and candidates alike. 

• Exceptional communication skills, meaning they're articulate, concise and clear. 

• Adaptability and flexibility to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and meet the varying needs of our business.
