This large complex organisation has an urgent need for an experienced training and development professional on a nine-month contract, to assist them manage a period of change.

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, this is a key role that will see you -
• Complete needs analysis for any amended and/or newly created roles that are recommended from the change programme, map against current offering and create recommendations for developing colleagues within these roles. This will involve liaising with key customers and stakeholders within the organisation;
• Once recommendations are signed off, design and/or source and manage external suppliers to create development solutions;
• Manage the implementation of the development solutions including evaluating effectiveness for both the individuals and the organisation.

The successful candidate will be an experienced training and development professional with strong experience of completing training needs analysis, training design customer liaison, influencing and external supplier management. You will have the ability to build relationships with staff at all levels and manage multiple projects and any one time.
