THE PROCESS  

Once you have enrolled with Davis Green Ltd you will be asked to complete our registration forms and provide relevant documentation in support of any applications such as references from previous employers, a copy of your passport or photographed driving licence and any relevant qualification certificates.

Next, you will be assigned to one of our experienced consultants who will act on your behalf to discuss job vacancies which are specific to your qualifications, background and your personal requirements.

With your authorisation, you will be put forward for an interview and your consultant will send you a pack detailing the date and time of your interview, the name and job title of your interviewer along with the location and directions on how to get there. This will be accompanied by a full company profile, job specification and the salary and benefits on offer.

Your consultant will follow up your interview and will obtain feedback from the interviewer and yourself.

Finally, if you are successful, your consultant will negotiate the specifics of the job offer, pay and benefits package, inform your new employer of your notice period and arrange a potential start date.
