Davis Green is excited to be working with a leading business based in Somerset, currently looking to recruit an Interim Finance Analyst to assist during a period of restructure.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the main purpose of this role is to provide commercial financial support to a key area of the business. Your duties will include; financial planning - budgets, forecasts and strategic input, management of operational P & Ls and providing added value analysis coupled with commercial support to Marketing and Senior Management – Often communicating financial information to non finance personnel, ensuring a complete understanding of company and divisional performance.

Suitable applicants will be part or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or, possess the equivalent experience gained from a similar role. You will possess excellent analysis skills and a high attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills are a pre-requisite (advanced Access is desirable) and you must be able to hit the ground running from day one.

You will be available at very short notice as this position is available for an immediate start.

The role will involve registering and posting invoices to the system and acting as first line support for any supplier queries, passing escalated queries to the relevant team. Suitable applicants must have good administration experience, gained from either a customer service or accounts based environment, coupled with a strong telephone manner and the ability to learn things quickly, particularly when it comes to systems and on the job training.
